How do I return something back to FrenchKissed?

 

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs if the return reason is not due to defect or incorrect shipment.
• Due to sanitary concerns, all Intimate apparel, Beauty products and swimwear are final sale and can not be returned.

If you're unhappy with your purchase and wish to return an item to recieve store credit, you can ship item to FRENCHKISSED LLC  P.O Box 29. Hoboken, NJ, 07030. Items must be sent back within 4 days after delivery. All sales and discounted items are considered FINAL SALE, can not be exchanged or refunded.
