What are the delivery timeframes?
We always thrive to dispatch your orders the next day. However, please allow 3-5 business days for your orders to be processed and shipped. Once it’s dispatched, your order may arrive between 3-5 business days. This excludes weekends & holidays.

What is the difference between body butter and a lotion?
Both body butter and lotion moisturise the skin however body butter has a more thorough function. Body butter is more refined than a lotion because it contains natural kinds of butter, fats and oils, whereas a body lotion is more refined and has high water content. This means the body butter can tackle rougher skin, is more appropriate for sensitive skin and can easily help treat dry skin conditions like eczema.
KBM WHIPPED BODY BUTTER
Ingredients: 100% Natural Shea Butter, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E Oil, Olive Oil, Essential Oil, Handmade with love.
Usage: Treatment of dry skin, eczema and minor burns. Relieve pain from swelling and arthritis. Treats dark spots, skin discolorations, stretch marks, diaper rashes, wrinkles and blemishes. Sunscreen due to it’s rich potent if Vitamins E & D.
How long is the shelf life of the body butter?
Our body butter does not contain water therefore there is not much room for bacteria growth. The approximate expiry date is 1-2 years after opening.
How long is the shelf life of the sugar scrub?
Although our sugar scrubs do not contain water, they will be in contact with water, therefore there is a natural preservative mixed in its formula which can preserve the scrub for 6-8 months.
My body butter arrived melted, what do I do?
Our products are all made with natural kinds of butter and ingredients that may melt at higher temperatures, however, the skin benefits and function of our products are still active. This means you can still the products and if it is liquid please place them in the fridge for a couple of minutes until the consistency is slightly solid.

What if I never received my item?
We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon request, we will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for you to investigate. If an item was lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the shipping carrier to receive compensation for lost or stolen packages that are the fault of the shipping carrier.
